Service Usage Guidelines

Scaligera Transfer may collaborate with qualified partners who deliver services at the same or higher standards. The company reserves the right to assign services to such partners at its own discretion.
3. Luggage Policy
Each passenger is entitled to carry one standard suitcase. Any additional or special luggage (e.g., ski equipment, mobility aids) must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being unsuitable for transport, and Scaligera Transfer shall not be held responsible.
4. Punctuality and Delays
Scaligera Transfer ensures the timely arrival of its vehicles or those operated by its partners for departures and arrivals. However, the company is not liable for delays due to extraordinary events (e.g., traffic, accidents, public demonstrations, delayed flights or trains).
5. Insurance Coverage
Passenger transport is covered by a comprehensive insurance policy with a limit of €50,000,000 for the individuals transported.
Personal belongings, however, are carried at the owner’s risk and must be declared at boarding. Passengers are advised to verify their luggage before departure, as the company does not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
6. Claims and Complaints
Any service issues attributable to Scaligera Transfer must be reported within 7 days of the service date via email or phone. The company is committed to resolving any inconvenience quickly and to the full satisfaction of the client.

All services are provided in accordance with Italian regulations on service sales, ensuring protection for passengers and their property.
Scaligera Transfer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, partially or in full, without prior notice.

Flight Delays or Cancellations:
If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes or canceled, you must notify our booking line immediately.
Failure to do so may result in the unavailability of the vehicle, and a 100% penalty will be applied.
