General Conditions of Service - Scaligera Transfer
Guidelines for using the service
1. Pricing types.
2. External collaborators
Scaligera Transfer employs qualified collaborators, capable of providing service equal to or exceeding company standards. The company reserves the right to entrust the performance of the service to such employees, at its discretion.
3. Luggage
Each passenger is entitled to carry one standard suitcase. Any Additional or special luggage (e.g. ski equipment, walking aids, etc.) must be communicated at the time of booking. Otherwise, Scaligera Transfer does not guarantee the availability of suitable vehicles for transportation.
4. Punctuality and contingencies
Scaligera Transfer is committed to ensuring the punctuality of its own vehicles (or those of its employees) for all departures and arrivals. However, is not responsible for any delays caused by exceptional circumstances (e.g., traffic, accidents, public events, flight or train delays).
5. Insurance coverage
Passenger transportation is covered by an insurance policy with a maximum amount of € 50,000,000, taken out for the protection of the persons transported.
I personal property travel instead under the responsibility of the passenger, declaring ownership at the time of boarding. It is invited to Check the integrity and presence of one’s luggage at departure, as Scaligera Transfer is not liable for any lost or damaged.
6. Reports and complaints
Any inefficiencies or problems directly attributable to Scaligera Transfer must be reported within 7 days from the date of service, by e-mail or telephone. The company is committed to handling each report with the utmost care and finding a satisfactory solution as quickly as possible.

All conditions are in accordance with current Italian regulations for the sale of services, to protect the customer and his property.
Scaligera Transfer reserves the right to modify at any time these conditions without prior notice, even partially.

Flight delays or cancellations:
In case of delay of more than 30 minutes o cancelled flight, è mandatory to promptly notify the reservation number.
In the absence of communication, the availability of the vehicle is not guaranteed and will be charged a penalty of 100%.
